But before I get too excited for what’s to come, it’s important to reflect on how we got here.
2024 – The Year of the Future
As I look back on Nagomi’s journey in 2024, I’m filled with pride. Our achievements and gratitude for our customers, partners, and team made the year not just about milestones, but the foundation we built for the future.
When we emerged from stealth last April, we set out with a bold vision to make security both efficient and effective. “Nagomi,” meaning balance and harmony, reflects our belief that true security balances insight, protection, and the human element. This commitment to harmony has shaped everything we’ve done.
Innovation That Matters
We introduced innovations that empowered security teams to get more from their existing tools. Every enhancement was shaped by constant customer feedback, ensuring we tackled real-world challenges with precision.
The launch of our Proactive Defense Platform was a defining moment. As a transformative operating system for modern security teams, it quickly answers a critical question: Are our controls running effectively? Its rapid time-to-value approach was exemplified by onboarding a customer in just four hours—from the first meeting to full deployment.
Key features like Attack Mapping—the first platform to operationalize MITRE ATT&CK across an organization’s entire tool stack—help teams align defenses with evolving threats seamlessly. While, “Threats in the News” takes industry headlines and turns them into actionable intelligence by linking trending vulnerabilities directly to defenses.
We also introduced an enhanced experience for CISOs, empowering them to leverage a unified data set to showcase security effectiveness to leadership while providing their teams with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. This holistic approach seamlessly integrates strategic oversight with tactical execution. With the CISO reporting function, we can bridge the gap between technical teams and executives, enabling clear, confident communication and fostering alignment across all stakeholders – and ensuring security is enabling the business.
Building Trust, Expanding Partnerships, and Earning Industry Recognition
Our platform’s success is reflected in its adoption by Fortune 10 companies, several Fortune 500 organizations, the largest mining company in the world, a leading global bottler, and top 10 law firms. These deployments highlight the trust and value we deliver to some of the world’s most influential businesses.
We also expanded our partner ecosystem, with a standout collaboration with CrowdStrike delivering seamless integration and measurable value for our shared customers. Partnerships like these amplify our ability to solve complex challenges together.
Our efforts didn’t go unnoticed. In 2024, we were honored as a Gartner Cool Vendor and one of the SINET16 Innovators, reinforcing our mission to empower organizations and redefine the future of cybersecurity.
The People Behind the Mission
At Nagomi, innovation isn’t just about technology—it’s about creating an environment where teams can perform at their best and thrive within a strong, supportive culture. This year, we doubled in size, adding incredible talent across the company and welcoming veteran leaders like Chris Zamora (VP of Global Sales), Melissa Goldberger (Chief Marketing Officer), and Nir Fuchs (VP of R&D). Their expertise has already begun to power our passion.
Our focus on culture and unity was on full display at our company launch during the offsite in Barcelona, where we celebrated achievements and strengthened our bonds as a team. I’m inspired daily by our team’s commitment to building great products and driving customer success, and I’m grateful to work with such talented individuals.
