Our mission
Our mission is to prevent the preventable breach.
Security teams don’t have a tool problem. They have a coordination problem. Vulnerability scanners flag what’s broken. EDRs see what’s running. Configuration tools manage what’s deployed. None of them talk to each other. Exposure lives where they stop.
Nagomi connects them. Our platform turns the tools you already own into a coordinated defense. Every fix is verified. Every control is tracked. Every cycle makes the next one faster.

Our story
We started with a question nobody could answer cleanly: are your controls actually working?
Not in theory. Against real assets, real vulnerabilities, real threats. The tools existed. The data existed. What didn’t exist was anything that connected them.
That became Nagomi. What started as automated security controls assessment grew into a full operating model for how security teams detect, investigate, remediate, and verify exposure. We called it Exposure Ops.
When we went looking for a name, we wanted one that captured what the work demands. Balance amid chaos. The discipline to close what you open.
That’s Nagomi.

Our ethos
Our logo draws from Japanese visual philosophy. Each element carries meaning rooted in that tradition, and in what we believe security operations should actually look like.
The circle. In Japanese philosophy, the circle represents infinite possibility and complete awareness. For us, it represents full visibility across every tool, every control, every gap.
The lines. Lines connect what is separate. They represent the work of bringing teams and tools into alignment, turning scattered signals into coordinated action.
The triangle. In Japanese tradition, the triangle is where the formless becomes tangible. It is the start of all things. For Nagomi, it represents the moment insight becomes a real, verified outcome.
